Buskers Program
Creative Burlington and the Burlington Downtown Business Association have partnered to present a busker program for Downtown Burlington from June 21 to October 11, 2010. We are seeking submissions from performers. Click here to download the Application Form.
Program
- 5 designated locations in the Downtown Burlington Area. (Map)
- Performers to be provided with authorized identification by Creative Burlington
- Performance times: Everyday 10:00am to 9:00pm, on a first come, first served basis (some exceptions due to festivals and special events)
- In order to accommodate performers, performances will change on the hour
- Performers using fire or weapons of any kind will not be considered.
- Performances using animals, birds or reptiles will not be considered.
- The use of spray paints, solvents and methods producing permanent markings to pavements or structures are prohibited.
- The use of amplifiers, generators and sound equipment are prohibited.
Submission Qualifications
- A security clearance must be provided at the time of submission
- (If necessary, contact us for information on expediting your police check)
- Submissions accepted by CD, DVD, MP3 or mpeg
- Administration fee of $25 payable at time of acceptance
